Paddle Out

A tradition that has evolved amongst the surfing community is that of the “paddle out” to pay respects to a surfer who has recently passed away. This group of surfers met at the Capel Cut to pay respects to Steve Rice.

    These pics are amazing, I love them. Who was steve rice (apart from a surfer who died).
